Registration Details
Registration is a 2 part process with an additional form if you want to present your research at the conference. All attendees must complete the (1) Registration Google Form as well as (2) Eventbrite registration. Individuals who intend on presenting at the poster session should also complete the Abstract Submission Google Form.

Registration is open from 9/1 to 10/14. Early-bird vs regular registration details can be found below, under (2) Eventbrite.

Following completion of the Registration Google Form, please complete registration on Eventbrite.

Early-bird registration has been extended from 9/1 to 10/4 and is $25 per person. The Early-Bird ticket includes admission to the event, lunch on Saturday as well as a swag bag.
Regular registration will last from 10/5 to 10/14 and will be $30 per person. While regular admission tickets will include admission to the event and lunch on Saturday, the swag bag will have a limited stock and is only guaranteed with Early-Bird tickets.
Abstract submissions for the poster session can be completed in this Google Form. Abstracts will be accepted until October 1, 2022 at 11:59 PM. Those with approved abstracts will be notified on October 3.
